Wednesday night's SHM program guide, 7 Aug.
Hi everyone,
Hiroshima and Nagasaki: 6 Aug is the 79th commemoration of dropping the Atomic bomb on Hiroshima, and, Friday, 9th Aug., will be Nagasaki’s commemoration of dropping the atomic bomb. Late Roy Tuckman, aka Roy of Hollywood, host of "Something's Happening" show on KPFK, and I, would broadcast the entire reading of “The Last Train from Hiroshima” by Charles Pellegrino—13 hours in total. I hope you would agree with me that coverage of the genocide in Palestine supersedes this historical commemoration in this moment.
Hour 1) An interview with Ramzy Baroud, historian, on the topic of “Can China Help Unite Palestinian Factions?” by the host of Palestine Deep Dive, Ahmed Alnaouq, a Palestinian journalist in Gaza, Palestine, from 30 July.

Hour 2) Dave Emory, For The Record (FTR) 1272, interview with Jim DiEugenio on the topic of “JFK revisited?” part 11. Dave Emory produces a weekly FTR program, which has been broadcast for more than 40 years, examining the interconnecting historical processes, people, and institutions which shape the complex geopolitical landscape, and exploring the roots and movement of fascism at home and abroad. Dave Emory’s website is spitfirelist.com where you can find all his work.

And now, the UNGA has overwhelmingly backed and voted with Palestinian resolution to end Israeli occupation: of course Israel, US, and a few other countries, including Europeans, voted against it. The Harris/Walz campaign continues to lauding the narrative and myths of rape on Oct 7th and two-state solution while Israeli Occupying Forces (IOF) conduct genocide in Palestine.
