Today, 19th June, is Juneteenth commemoration of freedom of enslaved people (250,000 +/-) in Texas who were not told about their freedom for over 2 years (in 1885) till Union troops arrived to enforce the law--Emancipation Proclamation. It has been a national celebration/Holiday since 2021.
Hour 1) Dave Emory, For The Record (FTR) 1265, interview with Jim DiEugenio on the topic of “JFK revisited?” part 4. Dave Emory produces a weekly FTR program, which has been broadcast for more than 40 years, examining the interconnecting historical processes, people, and institutions which shape the complex geopolitical landscape, and exploring the roots and movement of fascism at home and abroad. Hours 2, and 3) The Ralph Nader Radio Hour (RNRH). Ralph Nader is in conversation with Jackie Gillan, Past president of Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety, on the topic of “Saving Lives On the Road” and then Ralph answering questions, from 15 June .

Hour 3) Chris Hedges show. Chris Hedges gave a talk in Blackburn, England, in support of Craig Murray, on the topic of “Nero’s Guests” from 18 June. Craig Murray is campaigning for parliament on the central issue of the genocide in Gaza. And then Chris had a conversation with Craig and Richard Medhurst, from 19 June.
