The (Pacifica) Sickness is the System, but until the day we can change the archaic and antiquated By-laws, we vote to make it possible for the future--near or far! 3) If you miss any of the shows, I might be able to send you the audio files of some of the shows for your convenience as knsj has problems with archiving the shows.

Hour 1) A talk by Dr. Michael Yapko, author, researcher, and leading depression expert and clinical psychologist, on the topic of “How to recover from depression”. Dr. Yapko has worked with people suffering depression and mental health issues. What are the risk factors? How do moods influence your decision? Dr. Yakpo emphasizes the phrase “Patterns of Self Organization.” You might want to take notes!

Hour 2) Tami Simon, director of Sounds True, in conversation with Megan Devine, a psychotherapist, on the topic of “Acknowledging our Grief and Carrying What Can’t be Fixed”. She is the author of “It’s OK that You’re Not OK”. This episode is from 19 September.

Hour 3) a show on the topic of “How to Build, Maintain, and Repair Gut Health”, part 2 of 3, with Andrew Huberman, Prof. of neurobiology and ophthalmology at Stanford School of Medicine, in conversation with Dr. Justin Sonnenburg, professor of Microbiology and Immunology at Stanford University whose research focuses on how microbes in our gut impact our physical and mental health.
